I want to start animating again bad & CS4 because its old so I can get for free & I may or may not be biased by FNF & What PhantomArcade uses, but if there is a better version for what I'm looking for I'll get that instead.
I now have flash CS4 and can start animating again, now I just need ideas now that I'm not 12
